Support for PSMA Customers

Welcome to the SDL Language Technologies Support request page

It is our mission to provide all our customers with excellent customer service and support. As a customer with a current Premium Software Maintenance Agreement (PSMA) you may get assistance using our support portal. If you do not have a current PSMA then please visit the main support page for free resources.

Accessing the Support Portal

We provide two places for our customers to log into the Support Portal. If you are an existing Enterprise Customer and have not been provided with a login for our “My Account” area then please log in here.

If you have been a long standing Desktop Product user or an Enterprise customer who has been moved over to the “My Account” area then you can log in here.

Both portals link to the same support tools that we use to support you but the new “My Account” centre provides you with a starting point to access many other features from the same place.

The new “My Account” area can be accessed directly once you have saved the link in your browser, or by going to the "My Account" link at the top right hand corner of all the SDL websites such as www.sdl.com and www.translationzone.com and the login page will look like this.

Once you are there the website itself is divided up into various sections.

Ideas.sdltrados.com is a forum where SDL Language Technologies customers can suggest new functionality and features they would like to see in SDL software.

Customers will also be able to see the product suggestions that have been made by other users and promote their favourite enhancements.

Ideas.sdltrados.com is designed to foster an environment of collaboration where customers can interact with SDL and other users.
